The Breast Cancer Support Group conducts monthly meetings every 3rd Saturday at Apollo Cancer Hospital. This meeting is fundamentally aimed at making people aware about the various aspects of breast cancer.
It is a known fact that cancer is still looked upon as a stigma in our society. With the help of this initiative, it is hoped that the stigma associated with this disease will reduce by leaps and bounds. Also, in the long run, women will start feeling good about themselves and take it in their stride.
