Speaking on the occasion Dr. P. Vijay Anand Reddy, Director, Apollo Cancer Hospital said "The aim of this workshop was to educate and empower Ophthalmologists and Oncologists from all over the country to be able to manage and treat tumour of the Eye and Orbit."

Apollo Cancer Centre, Hyderabad and CURE Foundation hosted their first Ocular Oncology workshop on July 1st and 2nd at Apollo Medical College auditorium. The aim of this workshop was to educate and empower Ophthalmologists and Oncologists from all over the country to be able to manage and treat tumour of the Eye and Orbit. The workshop was a grand success with close to 100 registrations who attended lectures delivered by a team of esteemed Ocular Oncologists and also learned Radiotherapy planning through a live contouring workshop. Dr Prashant Garg, Chairman LVPEI has inaugurated the workshop in presence of Dr Raja Gopal and Dr Vijay Anand Reddy.
