Walt Disney Programme for Cancer children was held on 27th January 2006. A joint programme was organized with the help of Walt Disney, USA to entertain children suffering from cancer.
Several children from various cancer hospitals in twin cities participated in the programme. The aim of the programme was to encourage the children suffering from cancer to lead a fun-filled life regardless of the anomalies experienced in day-to-day life.
