Continuing its concerted efforts towards battling cancer, Apollo Hospitals will be hosting 3rd Edition of Apollo Cancer Conclave (ACC) and the 7th Edition of the Cancer CI 2017, an international conference aimed at improving cancer management in India and abroad from 2 February onwards.
The 6th Cancer CI and 2nd Apollo cancer conclave was held from Feb 6th to Feb 8th ‘2015 at HICC, Hyderabad. It was one of the largest cancer gatherings held in the country with over 3000 registrations and 30 international faculty.
The Fifth Edition of the Biennial Conference CANCER CI- 2013 Cancer Care, Education, & Research Conference International was organized and hosted by Apollo Cancer Hospitals and CURE Foundation on 8-10 February 2013 at Hotel Taj Krishna, Hyderabad, INDIA. The conference deliberated on various important aspects in Gynaec Cancer, Breast Cancer, Head & Neck Cancer, GI Cancer and several new Radiation techniques. A large gathering of 2300 highly accomplished faculty from across the world participated in this conference.
The fourth biennial Cancer CI-2011 was held at Taj Krishna, Hyderabad from February 25-27th, 2011. Hosted by Apollo Cancer Hospital and CURE Foundation, the conference focused on management of various malignancies in brain, head and neck, gynecology laying special emphasis on new technologies like targeted therapy at molecular level for brain tumors; new technologies of Radiotherapy; Role of HPV in causing Cervical cancer etc. The event saw around 1500 delegates from India and abroad in attendance.
The third edition of Cancer CI-2008 February 9-10th organized by Apollo Cancer Hospital, Hyderabad and CURE Foundation in association with The New York Medical College was formally inaugurated by Governor N D Tiwari at Taj Krishna, Hyderabad. During the inauguration, Union MoS of Woman and Child Development Renuka Chowdary launched the “National Apollo Cancer Care Network” that links all Apollo Cancer Institutes across India. The two-day conference saw a team of US experts train Indian doctors in Robotic Surgery in Ovarian and Cervical Cancers. Nearly 1000 delegates attended the event.
CANCER CI – 2006 Conference, the second Bi-yearly International Conference was organized on 11th & 12th February 2006 by Apollo Cancer Hospital and CURE Foundation at Taj Krishna, Hyderabad. The highlights of the conference were Molecular and Functional Imaging-PET-CT Scan; Multimodality Management and Organ Preservation; Technological Explosion in Radiation Oncology and Update in Gyn Breast, Head & Neck, Urological Cancers. The conference was attended by 960 delegates from around the country.
CANCER CI – 2003 Cancer Care, Education, & Research Conference International Conference initiated under its auspices first annual International Conference in August 2003. Six hundred delegates attended from all over the Country. Hosted by Apollo Cancer Hospitals, Hyderabad and CURE Foundation, the event was a memorable experience for all those who attended.
